The Canadian Gaming Archive is edited by a small team rather than run through an automated ticketing system, so a real person reads what comes in through the address below.
Editorial Contact
For corrections, licensing questions about content on this site, or media enquiries, email [email protected]. This is the single address for all editorial contact — there’s no separate ticketing portal or live chat to navigate first.
When reporting something that looks out of date or incorrect, including the page URL and a short description of what you believe is wrong helps us verify and fix it faster. See our corrections policy for how we handle those requests.
- Factual corrections — an operator’s licensing status has changed, a helpline number is wrong, a provincial rule has been updated
- Questions about our methodology or how a specific ranking was reached
- Media and press enquiries about the site itself
A few things fall outside what an editorial inbox can responsibly handle:
- We don’t give gambling advice. We explain how games, odds and lottery products work, but we can’t tell you whether to play, how much to stake, or predict any outcome.
- We don’t provide operator account support. Deposit issues, withdrawal delays, verification problems or account disputes need to go directly to the operator’s own support team — that’s the only party with access to your account.
- We don’t handle responsible-gambling crisis support. If you or someone you know needs help with gambling, our Responsible Gambling page lists free, confidential provincial helplines that are set up for exactly that, and can respond far faster than an editorial inbox.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge editorial emails within a few business days. Correction requests involving something time-sensitive (an incorrect licensing claim, for example) are prioritized ahead of general enquiries. If you haven’t heard back after a week, it’s worth sending a short follow-up in case the original message was missed rather than assuming it was ignored.
We’d rather receive a message that turns out to be outside what we can help with than have you go without an answer at all, so if you’re unsure whether your question fits, send it anyway — we’ll point you in the right direction even when that direction is somewhere other than this inbox.
